Customer Service Teams In order to ensure that you receive the best support possible a Customer Service Team is at your disposal: this team consists of a sales- or accountmanager, a logistics specialist and a support technician. The sales- or account manager carries commercial responsibility within the team. The logistics specialists at our Customer Support Department ensure speedy and correct delivery of the ordered products. The Customer Support Department functions as a central source of information and support for our customers. You can submit questions by telephone or e-mail and receive direct support solutions. Our Support Technicians provide technical information on a broad scale: from installation advice to technical training.
So you see that for every request there is a qualified contact partner available to address your every need. We consider ourselves as a service center for all your support issues.
Technical Training In order to ensure that our partners are able to implement our scanners easily and service them subsequently Scantech ID offers an extensive training programme. Completion of this training entitles you to do your repairs locally.

Trends Our Customer Service Teams have a particular role in enabling us to anticipate market requirements in good time with innovative products. They identify and study new trends, new PoS systems and new product applications. Where an idea has potential, our Customer Service Team and Research & Development staff set about developing a new or improved product. A process for which we at Scantech ID set aside substantial resources.
