The Scantech Repair Department prevents you from unnecessary repair costs and guarantees your hardware to continue to function in good order.
Repair includes cleaning, repair, testing and adjustment of your Scantech products to factory specifications - including replacement of worn and scratched parts to keep your unit looking good. Additional options are available to support your operations by ensuring that repaired units are returned configured, with your application re-loaded, ready for use in your operation. Your local Scantech representative can help you select the options for your business.
Within the warranty period the Repair Department will repair the returned products for free. If the warranty period is expired, you can ask for a calculation of the costs for approval. Our aim is to return the products within 3 weeks after having received them.
