The WD300 series is unique because of its trigger function, so that the scanner does not have to be on all the time, extending its lifetime. Furthermore, all Wand models have a sapphire reading tip. This means the tip is virtually indestructible! All model support the most commonly used barcodes and support a fixed interface (RS2332, KBW and USB).
