With more than 55% market share in the EMEA market in 2007, it can be said that Scantech-ID, a Champtek company is the market leader in electronic price checkers. This statement is based on reliable figures of the latest report from the renowned technology market research company Venture Development Corporation (VDC).
We are very proud of this amazing achievement in such an exiting year, pointing to the fact that Scantech-ID shifted all the SCANTECH ID branded products to the Champtek production facility in China in 2007. This will give our company and our customers the confidence to push this technology onwards and expand the possibilities of entry level customer information terminals.
